LEAD TIME

4-6 weeks for new logo, 2-3 weeks for re-order.

ORDER MINIMUM

24 pieces per new logo.
12 pieces of same logo.Re-order up to two color ways.
Same logo, same color combination, min: 6pcs
Under 6 pcs, price = $6.00 per piece

SET UP CHARGE

$25.00 per 1000 stitches for logo of 1000-5000 stitches.
$20.00 per 1000 stitches for logo of above 5000 stitches.
Minimum charge is $35.00.
Modification charge is based on amount of change design changes, increase/decrease in size, etc.

The tape charge will be waived for EMB order over 96 pcs one shipment within 5000 stitches, If over 5000 stitches, every 1000 stitches above 5000 stitches will be charged $25.00.

EMBROIDERY COST

$2.50 per piece for logo up to 5000 stitches (max 6 colors).
$0.30 for every 1000 stitches if above 5000 stitches.

PROCEDURE

Embroidery proof approval is required prior to production. If proof is waived by customer, Pro-Celebrity will not be held responsible. Changing artwork/tape after tape has been produced will result in additional charges.

A. Logo Placement on Diagram
B. Logo size either standard or custom (indicate length x width)
C. Colors of threads to be used

Camera ready artwork or original sample will be necessary and should accompany your order, although, a club letterhead, match box or bag tag will be sufficient. You may e-mail your artwork to: emb101@procelebrity.com. We will confirm receipt of all e-mailed art work. Without complete detailed information and camera ready or e-mailed artwork, your order cannot be processed in the normal time.
