ORDER INFORMATION

Volume Discount prices are based on quantity ordered per style in one order for one time delivery only.
Minimum Order: 6 pcs per order for one time delivery. A $7.50 handling charge will be imposed if less than minimum order.
Shirt size XXL,XXXL and short size 44,46,48,50; ladies short sizes 16-18 are subject to extra charge.
Terms: All prices are F.O.B our warehouse: 11761 Clark Street, Arcadia CA 91006, Net 30 days for factor credit approved orders only. Discover / Master Card / Visa / American Express accepted with 2% H/C. Otherwise, C.O.D Cashier Check or other methods are acceptable if approved by Tee Top Credit Dept.
Sample Policy: Sample orders must have the characteristics of a sample order. Pro Celebrity reserves the right to restrict sample order quantities. Samples are non-refundable.
Special Orders: Please contact us for information. We will manufacture to your specifications; or, by request, we can design a unique style especially for you. (Minimum Quantity Required).
Big sizes orders for 4XL, 5XL : can be supplied upon request. Please call for details. Available only in selected styles.
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. For Special shipping offers, please call for more information.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS POLICY

If you have an error or discrepancy with an order , please contact our customer service dept within 48 hours of receipt of goods, prior to decorating or altering.
All returns require return authorization (RA) number and application for return authorization must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise returns allowed after garment has been in possession of buyers for 15 calendar days.
Return goods must be shipped with all proper documents including (RA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton(s), within 30 days of issuance of RA#. All returns must be shipped by prepaid freight. Freight collect shipment will be refused. No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without RA#.
Samples and discontinued items are non-returnable.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise for correct styles, colors and sizes prior to decorating or altering in any way. We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been decorated or altered (embroidery or screen printing).We accept no responsibility for discrepancies on orders shipped to third parties.
All claims for shortage,damage,etc. must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
In order to help us in the return process, marking the placement of the flaw will be greatly appreciated.
Availability of merchandise is subject to change without notice.
Any cancelled or refused COD orders are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee per box/package plus round trip freight charge.
